At Rellevia, we stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible, the refund request must be initiated within this timeframe. In some situations, we'll either send you a replacement or process a cash refund as your solution after confirmation.
